Harris Health is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our Medical ICU team
About the Position
The ICU Nurse Manager is a registered nurse that coordinates and manages all parts of the Intensive Care Unit in order to maximize the care of critical patients while minimizing the required resources and costs. You will maintain consistent interaction with physicians, nurses, technicians, and patients to ensure patient safety and optimal patient outcomes yet maximize the efficiency of staff and materials. The ICU Manager will ensure nursing staff is coached through implementation of practices to achieve targeted outcomes under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Executive Counsel. Ultimately, the ICU Manager will be responsible for enhancing satisfaction among patients and nursing staff.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Nursing Speciality or Nursing Administration within 2 years
- 2 years of nursing experience
- 1 year of management or supervisory clinical experience
