About the Position

The IT Project Manager at Harris Health will be responsible for planning, designing, overseeing, and tracking IT Field Services training development and delivery projects. You will need to create a training plan for new initiatives to ensure that the Field Service operation is capable of supporting the needs of the user's sites currently and in the future. As the Project Manager, you will lead the IT Field Service team to support the IT mission of offering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for all "break/fix" activities in the district, including spare parts logistics control and all processes required to install, configure, repair, and upgrade technology and software in use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Technical Communications, or Management or equivalent work experience
  • 8 years of training design and development experience
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • 2 years of experience managing a team of 5+ personnel
  • Budgeting, asset tracking, and vendor management experience
