Legacy Community Health is looking for a Coordinator for Risk and Compliance

 

About the Position

The Risk & Compliance Coordinator at Legacy Community Health is responsible for the peer review process in addition to monitoring insurance and payor websites and portals to note any gaps in care. You will distribute, receive, review, log, monitor, and report on the peer review process and results to applicable internal parties while also maintaining confidentiality. At times, it may also be necessary for you to assist with privileging documentation and follow up with internal providers in order to ensure timely completion of needed documents. The Coordinator of Risk/Compliance also obtains and organizes insurance/payor data into reports for internal distribution so as to share any issues, findings, adjustments, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of Healthcare Quality experience
  • Experience with electronic health records, data visualization software, and insurance/payor requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), preferred
