About the Position
The Learning & Development Director at Legacy Community Health is a key member of the HR team as you will be responsible for establishing the Learning and Development strategy by designing, building, and delivery learning and talent development programs that will develop Legacy's employees. You will be involved throughout the full employment life-cycle at Legacy Community Health as the programs you develop and oversee will begin with New Employee Orientation through career laddering, leader development, and off-boarding. Although the Learning/Development Director focuses on building up internal employees, it will be important for you to maintain good relationships with vendors that contribute to the learning and development programs. A key goal for the Learning & Development Director as part of HR will be assisting to unify the culture of Legacy via education and engagement.

- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources development, or a similar field
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or other L&D certification
- 10 years of Corporate Learning experience
- 5 years in a Leadership role
