Legacy Community Health is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our IT team


About the Position

The Executive Assistant at Legacy Community Health will function as a crucial partner to the IT leadership team by providing proactive support for the daily operations of the Information Technology department. You will manage various special projects within the IT department, including coordinating with non-IT stakeholders as needed. The Executive Assistant will also create and manage budgets and expenditures for the department, manage or create when needed department documents and artifacts, and coordinate logistics, meetings, and calendars. When requested by the CIO and IT leadership team, you may also need to create appealing and effective presentation or spreadsheets as well as be the bridge of communication between IT and other departments within Legacy.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of Executive Admin Support experience or Project Management experience
