Legacy Community Health is looking for a Vice President of Operations for our Patient Access line

About the Position

The Vice President of Patient Access will serve as the leader of Legacy Community Health's Contact Center and Front Desk staff. This is primarily accomplished via oversight, management, and coordination. In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you will be tasked with several Strategic Initiatives with the goal of further developing strategic partnerships that will enable Legacy Community Health to increase the number of patients served, the network of speciality care providers available to patients, the number of services offered to patients, and the overall customer experience for communities serviced by Legacy.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of Healthcare experience
