Legacy Community Health is looking for a HR Business Partner to join our HR team

 

About the Position

The HR Business Partner at Legacy Community Health will provide consultative direction and management on best HR practices in specific situation as well as coordinate and facilitate timely responses to individual needs as necessary. You will provide high-level Human Resources support, advice, and assistance to Legacy employees and management regarding strategic planning, policies, practices, regulations, and procedures regarding equal opportunity employment, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. The Human Resources Business Partner will also work with upper level HR to keep them informed of any issues, ideas, or requests for changes or exceptions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, HR, or related field
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification or SPHR preferred
  • 5 years of HR experience
  • 3 - 5 years of healthcare HR experience
