About the Position

Assist with clerical duties including, but not limited to filing, mail distribution, copying, faxing, invoice and packing slip matching, phone calls and data entry.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Checks and accurately disperses all mail promptly. Dates and initials AP mail. Sends UPS shipping when needed.

  • Responsible for ensuring the stamp machine remains operable, requests any supplies needed, making sure there are enough funds.

  • Sends mail accurately and promptly

  • Copies documents as requested promptly and accurately

  • Data entry

  • Making/receiving phone calls

  • Sending facsimile promptly and accurately

  • Consistently and accurately stores and retrieves records

  • Responsibly set up phones, installs headsets, assigns extensions

  • Adequately stocks and accurately orders routine office supplies

  • Accurately attaches packing slip to drug and medical supply invoices form the packing slip folder

  • Accurately and promptly files all accounts payable documents

  • Orders special project items, office maintenance or other tasks as assigned or needed.

  • Provide service in a responsive, timely and accurate manner to both clients and follow employees

Education and/or Experience:

  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical calculations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to operate personal computer and CRT
  • Ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Ability to operate personal computer with various software programs, including Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Recognize priorities and take action; make productive use of time
  • Basic business etiquette
