About the Position
The Clinical Director provides and supervises groundbreaking crisis intervention and prevention services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as mental health needs in Brooklyn and Staten Island. As a seasoned Mental Health Clinician, you will be able to be part of an interactive teaching and learning environment that makes a difference in the IDD community. This role has three primary responsibilities: Supervision, Assessment, and Training.
About the CSIDD / Start
The CSIDD (Crisis Services for Individual with Developmental Disabilities) / START offers crisis prevention and response services to people with both developmental disabilities and complex behavioral and mental health needs, as well as to their families and others who provide support. The CSIDD / START multidisciplinary treatment team is a dynamic, inspiring, and supportive group of professionals dedicated to helping families support the people they love and care for by using a systematic and effective bio-psycho-social model of approach. We pride ourselves on building relationships and supports across service systems to help people remain in their homes and communities as well as enhancing the ability of the community to support these ones.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 / year
We are seeking a Full-Time employee but can offer a Part-Time 24 hours/week position.
