S:US is looking for an experienced Property Manager
About the Position
The Property Manager for S:US will work at 4 or 6 of our apartment buildings to be the on-site liaison with the tenants and to coordinate all property-related activities. You will be responsible for multifamily apartment rental buildings financed by Low Income Housing Tax Credits in the Bronx, Manhattan, and / or Brooklyn. For each property, S:US is either part of the ownership with other partners or is the sole owner. As the Property Manager, you will visit each property on a weekly basis to conduct inspections, ensure work orders and repairs are completed in a timely fashion, and represent the property in a professional manner to tenants, visitors, and third-parties.

Salary: $55,000 / year
