S:US is looking for an experienced Development & External Affairs Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications and Government Relations Team
About the Position
The Development & External Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for managing and entering all data in Raiser's Edge while providing administrative support to several teams, including: Marketing & Communications, Government Relations, and Volunteers. You will process all donor gifts and pledges that S:US receives and assist with fundraising and cultivation events. The Development & External Affairs Coordinator is also responsible for organizing and drafting correspondence, including acknowledgement letters, for various teams. You will work closely with Marketing & Communications to regularly update lists in Constant Contact and monitor social media donations in addition to producing fundraising-to-date and mailing lists from Raiser's Edge. In coordination with Government Relations, you will ensure that S:US remains up to date with existing and proposed city, state, and federal legislation that will impact the populations we serve.

The Support Services at S:US are carried out by a team of professionals with differing backgrounds that all share deeply in the S:US mission. We provide resources and support to the program departments in order to collectively pursue that mission. Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / year
