S:US is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join one of our Residential programs for Substance Abuse

About the Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse at S:US will work under the program director in order to coordinate the medical management of participants' issues to optimize health. You will interpret medical information supplied by various providers regarding the participant(s) and ensure that physical exams, lab work, and PPD status is regularly updated for all participants. The LPN also checks the medication log to ensure that participants are in compliance with their assigned regimen. In addition to monitoring the logs, you will monitor the program's inventory of medical supplies and administer medication. You will also review the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) system as well as ePACES for new admits and participants' medical entitlements. 

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
  • Proof of vaccination for the COVID-19 virus
  • Experience with preferred population
  • Bilingual preferred
