S:US is looking for an experienced Maintenance Dispatcher
About the Position
The Maintenance Dispatcher at S:US is responsible for the administration of the work order systems at S:US delivered via Yardi, email, phone, and text. You will receive all requests for maintenance and repair work at S:US locations and then dispatch work orders to the appropriate personnel in real time. Due to the amount of work requests that may come in, you will need to assess and prioritize requests for those that are urgent and those that are emergencies, while making sure that all work requests are completed in a timely manner. As the Maintenance Dispatcher, you will also be responsible for preparing and submitting monthly maintenance and PPE delivery reports. In coordination with the Vehicle Fleet Manager, you will also work to maintain a Log of Facility Maintenance Vehicles to monitor periodic insurance, registration, inspections, oil changes, and vehicle conditions.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 / year
