S:US is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Investigator
About the Position
The QA Investigator for Quality Assurance and Compliance at S:US conducts objective investigations involving both consumers and employees across various departments within the organization based on incidents or alleged misconduct. During investigations, you will need to gather and submit evidence in conjunction with the Incident Review Coordinator as well as follow up on any missing pertinent information. Upon completion of an investigation, the Quality Assurance Investigator completes written investigation reports, in accordance with established protocol, and may also be called upon to participate in arbitration or court hearings if needed. The QA Investigator also participate in audit reviews, incident review committees, and focus reviews at facilities.

We provide resources and support to the program departments in order to collectively pursue that mission. Salary: $58,500 - $60,000 / year
