S:US is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our Supportive Housing program
About the Position
The Superintendent at S:US provides quality cleanliness oversight to their assigned building(s). You will supervise the assignments of the porter as well as prepare and submit work order schedules in a timely manner. The Superintendent distributes rent invoices as well as other property management correspondence to the tenants. You will perform all repairs and installs at the facility, maintain records of all service and maintenance throughout the building, and provide a weekly report on the work performed to facility management.
This position requires you to be available from 7am to 3pm and to be available on-call. It is vital that if you are unavailable at the time of an emergency after working hours that you handle contacting facility maintenance for further assistance.
