S:US is looking for an experienced Vocational Specialist to join our Supportive Housing program
About the Position
The Vocational Specialist at S:US is part of a multi-disciplinary team and provides vocational services and consultation. You will need to be familiar with various laws as they apply to the community residence programs and the Agency. In this role, you will need to be comfortable visiting clients in their home and other settings as required. The Vocational Specialist is responsible for integrating vocational goals and services for the clients and providing aid and assistance throughout all phases of the provision through monthly contact with tenants. Because this role is part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will need to regularly update clients' charts with a service plan as well as any revisions.

We do so by offering transitional and permanent housing in single site residences, apartment buildings, and scattered site apartments for adults in recovery from mental illness, adults with substance use challenges, and adults living with HIV/AIDS.
Salary: $40,000 / year
